Holiday Inn Santo Domingo, An Ihg Hotel, Santo Domingo

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Despite minor issues like a broken tile and water leakage, the overall experience was fantastic. The food quality and management were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to visit again. Special thanks to Erix, Dante, Erick, Hilton, Yevri, Edward, Daira, Daniel, Cesar, Rafaela, Cindy, Pavlino, Cristian, Oneiry, Alexander, Mueses, Franklin, Jesus, Elisa, Rubio, Sierra, and all the staff for making our vacation memorable, even if I could hear some light snoring from neighboring rooms. The only inconvenience was having to request washcloths daily since the housekeeping team tended to forget them.

I found this hotel to be a wonderful place to stay, with clean and comfortable rooms and a very friendly staff. However, the dining options left something to be desired. The location was great and convenient, with lots of nearby amenities. Overall, a good value for the money.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really nice and very clean, but unfortunately, there were issues like a small twin bed instead of a king as requested and some maintenance issues like broken tiles and water leakage. On the bright side, the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable, and the food and food management were excellent. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable and clean rooms, despite the need for improvements in maintenance.
